How can I make a warranty request?

All our products are guaranteed for 2 years against manufacturing defects. We are happy to inform you that we have very low rates of claims made against material under warranty (below 1%). However, if you need to process a warranty request, please log in to your private area and click on "Warranties" to complete the process. Select the order number for which you wish to process the warranty claim, and from this the lines or items you want to include. Please note that you will need the serial number of the item (you can find it on the stickers identifying the item). We will automatically collect the defective material and send you a replacement part. We will issue an invoice for the outstanding replacement part after we have received the allegedly defective part. Once we receive the allegedly defective part, we will analyze it to confirm its condition, and if it is defective and under warranty, we will proceed to credit the invoice. If we do not detect any defect in the part, we will not credit the part and will inform you as soon as possible. Our warranty policy can be found at Terms.
