My thermostat displays Error 6

A thermostat displaying Error 6 indicates that the temperature sensor is being short-circuited. The zone therefore loses the room temperature measurement. This leads to the zone being disabled for generating demand.

To confirm that it is not a part error, it should first be checked that no zones have been cross-labeled or incorrectly set. To do so, it is advisable to follow the procedure below:

Restart the zone and reassociate it to the system ( How can I reset a zone equipped with a Think or Blueface thermostat? ).

If the problem is not solved, restart the entire system and reassociate it ( How do I reset the entire system? ).

If the thermostat still displays Error 6 after these steps, the thermostat is faulty and should be replaced. Get in touch with the Airzone Technical Department ( Open a new ticket ).
