Does Airzone offer a warranty?

Yes, Airzone provides a warranty on its products under the following terms and conditions:

  • 3-year warranty on electronic components, counted from the invoice date.
  • 5-year warranty on grilles, diffusers, and motorized dampers, also from the invoice date.
  • If a part is replaced under warranty, the new part inherits the remaining warranty period of the original component; a new warranty period does not begin.

For products purchased before the indicated date, the applicable warranty period was 2 years for all components.

Please note the following:

  • The warranty only covers the parts supplied by Airzone. It does not include labor for installation, removal, or replacement of defective parts.
  • If you are an end user, the warranty claim must be handled through the authorized installer who performed the system installation. The installer is responsible for performing the necessary checks and managing the replacement of covered components when applicable.
  • Labor is not covered by Airzone’s warranty, and any related costs will depend on the agreement between the end user and the installer. Therefore, the service may or may not involve an additional cost for the user.
