Upon receiving the order, sign in to your account and click on Returns to complete the process. You will be asked to choose the items you would like to return. Items must be packed properly in the original package and shipped back to our facility. Shipment costs for the Returned items are paid by the client. Therefore, you can choose the courier of your choice for your returns. Once we receive the item(s), we will process your claim and make a full refund for the goods excluding the shipment costs.
