The Airzone system automatically controls the AC unit's airflow based on the number of zones in demand. It is not possible to manually control the AC unit's speed, since Airzone manages it intelligently.

If the airflow causes discomfort, it can be adjusted through the Q-Adapt parameter (How do I set Q-Adapt?).
