How do I set up a new Ethernet webserver when the router is changed?
How do I set up a new Ethernet webserver when the router is changed?
You do not have to make any changes to the system when the router is changed if your webserver is an Ethernet version, since the system automatically detects the new configuration.

If you encounter any connection problems, check that the following router ports are open:

- Host: airzonecloud.com, port 9030
- Host: ws001.airzonecloud.com, port 9030
- Host: bloader.airzonecloud.com, port 22

The way the system operates should be identical to that of the old router if these settings are applied. If the connection problems of the new router persist, check the Ethernet cable and the connection terminals.

Can the Airzone system be controlled from more than one device?
Can the Airzone system be controlled from more than one device?
Yes, thanks to Airzone Cloud you can create several user accounts that can control the system from different devices. Each member of the family or organization can therefore control it. Having more than one user account is, however, unnecessary to be able to access the system from several devices. You can access the system from different devices (tablet, PC, smartphone, etc.) through a single account.

Remember that you can access to Airzone Cloud through:
- Application in App Store for iOS ( Airzone Cloud IOS download link ).
- Application in Play Store for Android ( Airzone Cloud Android download link ).
- Web browser ( Airzone Cloud link ).
The webserver only detects one system
The webserver only detects one system
If you have more than one Airzone system connected through the automation bus and you want to control them from the Airzone Cloud, take into account that each system should have a different address. To change the system's address, access your thermostat's System advanced settings and change the System address parameter. Number the systems 1, 2, 3, etc.

You can see further information on system addresses in the section entitled System Advanced Settings in the installation manual ( Easyzone main controller - Flexa 3.0 - Installation manual ).

Once all the systems have been set up to have a different address, activate Detect systems from the Airzone Cloud ( Airzone Webserver Cloud - User Manual ).

If the problem is not solved, check that the connection of each of the main control boards has been made to the automation bus (see image).

I manage to associate the webserver to the router, but it still does not operate
It may be the case that the webserver is connected to your router, but it does not manage to connect to the Internet.

To resolve this error, first check the webserver's coverage. To do so, access the webserver menu and check that the coverage shown is suitable (only one bar means that coverage is too low and can interfere with the device's proper operation). See image.

Then check whether your router has the DHCP server enabled. If not, you will have to set up the webserver manually and enter this device's IP address ( Airzone Webserver Cloud - User Manual ).

Lastly, check whether the following ports of your router are open:

- Host: airzonecloud.com, port 9030
- Host: ws001.airzonecloud.com, port 9030
- Host: bloader.airzonecloud.com, port 22
