I manage to associate the webserver to the router, but it still does not operate
It may be the case that the webserver is connected to your router, but it does not manage to connect to the Internet.
To resolve this error, first check the webserver's coverage. To do so, access the webserver menu and check that the coverage shown is suitable (only one bar means that coverage is too low and can interfere with the device's proper operation).
Then check whether your router has the DHCP server enabled. If not, you will have to set up the webserver manually and enter this device's IP address (see User Manual).
Lastly, check whether the following ports of your router are open:
- Host: airzonecloud.com, port 9030
- Host: ws001.airzonecloud.com, port 9030
- Host: bloader.airzonecloud.com, port 22
