Flexa 3.0 system
Flexa 3.0 provides the most adaptable zoning solution for ducted applications in any building type. The Flexa 3.0 system consists of the following components: electronic elements, Airzone interfaces and Airzone Cloud Webserver.
Electronic elements
The highly efficient Flexa 3.0 system regulates the temperature in up to 8 zones independently when there is demand. It controls the indoor unit, adapting its set-point temperature and power output according to the zone status. This means that with Flexa 3.0, energy is only used in the occupied zones.
Q-Adapt
Q-Adapt includes 5 airflow configuration options the end users can enjoy and benefit from depending on the particular airflow requirements of each zone and climate conditions.
Certified protocols
Our communication gateways work with the same protocols as the HVAC units. This enables the most highly developed two-way communication. Airzone’s collaboration with leading HVAC manufacturers guarantees full integration, and thanks to our gateways we can also easily access the indoor unit's error codes.
Motorized dampers
Zoned control with circular and rectangular motorized dampers that adapt to any ducted application. The motorized dampers control the airflow depending on real demand.
Controlled mechanical ventilation (CMV)
Flexa 3.0 allows the integration of control a fan for fresh air intake thanks to a built-in dry contact output (CMV). Thus, it is not necessary to install additional ventilation ducts.
Boiler control
Flexa 3.0 controls the production unit and recirculation pumps efficiently and adapts to the real demand.

The Airzone Blueface thermostat with color capacitive touchscreen and graphic interface is the most complete thermostat and offers all the Airzone system's control and configuration possibilities.

Eu.bac certification
Airzone is tested and certified by the European Building Automation and Controls Association (eu.bac), an industrial platform that supports home control, building automation and energy services for buildings. This certifies Flexa 3.0 as a powerful solution for precise control of HVAC systems with a control accuracy of 0.3 for VAV and 0.4 for underfloor heating.
A fully integrated solution
Flexa 3.0 is a Plug&Play system and allows end users to easily integrate their system into the latest IoT trends. It is compatible with the main BMS/HA and IoT technologies, such as voice control via Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant with the Airzone Webserver. Thanks to the local API, any third party integration is simpler than ever. No more tedious programming; you just have to download the drivers, select the parameters and that's it.
One single interface for radiant and air heating
Flexa 3.0 relies on our unique control algorithms to coordinate the combined work of both underfloor heating5 and air from one single control interface. As a result, Flexa 3.0 can quickly achieve thermal comfort levels in each zone while enhancing energy efficiency and economic savings.
