The thermostat does not measure the humidity well
Check whether your thermostat meets all the location requirements recommended by Airzone:
1. There is no direct sunlight on the thermostat.
2. The thermostat is located away from draughty areas.
3. The thermostat is not placed above a heat source.
4. The thermostat is placed on the wall at the proper height.
If all these requirements are met and the thermostat still displays an incorrect measurement, see the following link: ( There is a deviation in my thermostat's humidity measurement ).
