If you have more than one Airzone system connected through the automation bus and you want to control them from the Airzone Cloud, take into account that each system should have a different address. To change the system's address, access your thermostat's System advanced settings and change the System address parameter. Number the systems 1, 2, 3, etc.

Once all the systems have been set up to have a different address, activate Detect systems from the Airzone Cloud ( Airzone Webserver Cloud - Installation Manual ).

If the problem is not solved, check that the connection of each of the main control boards has been made to the automation bus.
